Penny Brown
Penny Brown RMT graduated in 2012 from Trillium College in Kingston, Ontario. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Penny is trained in Swedish therapeutic massage, using a full range of techniques from relaxation massage, to deep tissue and trigger point release to help her clients in their healing journey. Over the years, Penny has added various modalities to her practice, such as medical acupuncture, cupping, Ayurvedic (Indian) head massage, hot stone massage, and athletic taping. She is happy to discuss and assess your treatment needs, and incorporate any of these treatment modalities of your choice into your session! Penny's goal is to help her clients achieve their health and pain relief goals in a caring and supportive environment.
