Cupping Therapy is the application of plastic vacuum cups or silicone suction cups applied to the skin to create suction. It is a unique approach to treating the body’s fascial. The use of these cups on stubborn areas can affect deeper tissues, reducing restrictions that will allow you to move better. 

Some circular discolorations, ranging from light pink to dark purple marks may appear on the skin after a cupping therapy session. Cupping marks typically clear within one to two weeks. These marks are not true bruises and do not involve muscle fiber injury.
